[VEG] I think I wanted this place to be better than it is. We don't have that many, if any, Vietnamese options in the area so they get a win for that. I have had the tofu banh mi every visit and it seems to be on a downward slide. The filling gets smaller, the flavors get thinner, the spread goes missing and the cilantro stems out weigh the leaves. After my last visit I really took a look at the menu and there aren't that many veg options. Maybe four. It's possible that they do the pork and chicken exceptionally, but unfortunately I'll never know. The dining area is clean and minimal. The limeade is refreshingly fantastic and the service has always been pleasant.

For Port St Lucie, this is one of my top three restaurants. The food came out very quickly and was very reasonably priced. The food was fresh and the Pho and Spring Rolls were very good.

I went for dinner on Saturday night with my husband, daughter and son in-law, and was very pleasantly surprised how great everything we ordered was. We all ordered different soups, rice dishes and vegetables. Everyone had clean plates. The waiter was very sweet, a little overwhelmed, but pleasant. Thank you for coming to our area, now open a place in Palm city do I can eat there more often

Amazing noodle bowl! They made my son's rice dish to order(minus veggies), and he was in heaven. Thai tea and limeade excellent. Very friendly and attentive service.

I am so pho king happy this place exists in our little town. The food is great and the customer service is fantastic. You can beat a big bowl of comfort food for super reasonable prices. Worth a visit!

Since my original review, we've eaten many great meals at Pho Now. In fact, we've tried almost everything on their menu, although the Banh Xeo crepe remains my favorite item. The service is still fast and friendly, and the place is always clean. Due to the high price of Mexican limes, lately we've been seeing Key Limes or lemons substituted for Persian limes in most restaurants and bars. I have nothing against lemons or Key Limes but the flavor is not the same as a Persian lime. Kudos to the Chef at Pho Now who will accept no substitutes! We brought home our takeout (pho dac biet - beef pho with the works) and lo and behold: the accoutrements included real Persian lime! :) By the way, if you order a Banh Mi sandwich, let them know if you are not going to eat it right away and they will cheerfully package the garnishes separate from the meat and bread to keep everything fresh.

Visiting the Pizzle (Port St. Lucie) is never a thrilling experience. Saturday we went up to visit the In-Laws for a Pre Mother's Day get together. Fine dining (and I mean mostly other than bar food) is tough to find in the Pizzle. It was to our amazement that there was a Vietnamese place near by. We called and asked if they could handle a party of 12. When we got there our table was ready in minutes. 2 servers took our drink orders right away. The limeade was amazing refreshing, but beware...no refills. We order spring rolls, wings were AWESOME, and all the goodies...pho bowls, stir fry, bun, and fried rice. The fried rice was exceptional. Overall the food was good...the service was great. It's a small quaint place and I will DEFINITELY revisit when I find myself lost in the Pizzle.

I have been going here now over a year and it is always top notch. I have tried the appetizers, yummy... and the Pho- awesome broth, the Ban Mi sandwiches with that fresh French bread double yum, the Bun- so refreshing on a hot day you will not know which bowl to choose, and for the first time I tried tthe Rice- very yummy too. All Wows. It is hard here in the Treasure Coast to find a place that is cooking not only good food but when you find an Asian restaurant that is doing it right they want to screw it up by adding sushi to the menu too! Not here! They keep it to Vietnamese food only. Let your taste buds do the walking and you too will be talking them up all over town. Nice job guys!

They change chef-cook , change size bowl, includeing flavor. It's taste not like VietNamese food anymore. I'm a big fan. Next time please make me good food

I've been to plenty of Pho shops before. I was down in Port St. Lucie visiting family, so We stopped in to try the place. I had the Pho, Father had a Banh-Mí. Pho was on par with the best I've had. Ingredients to noodle to broth proportions were spot on. Beef was tender, meatball was tender and lean. Soup was very strong, but not overly salty. Seriously, if you like or want to try Pho, stop in here.

Amazing pho/Viet food! Insane how I found this place in Port Saint Lucie, which is random! I'm from nyc where there are quite a few viet places so finding one out here is great! Pho was pretty good, just as good as the one I've had in my area! The spring rolls were the best though, even better than the others I've had before! The prices were reasonable, the place was super clean, and the service was quick and friendly! The entire parking lot was empty except for in front of this place and now I know why. Bonus: owner was filipino, and so am I haha

I decided to give them another chance and went back last night. Their phone system had not been working the night before which had angered me because I felt like they should have still served me since I had arrived 20 min before their stated closing time. But anyway, last night everything was great. Best fried egg rolls # 2 with lettuce and herbs and I got the the # 3 & 4 cold spring rolls. I actually prefer the # 3 vegan ones. The # 14 pho is excellent! And I got the # 30 vermicelli noodles with marinated pork and vegetables. All so I could have left overs. I did not care for their flan as it is heavy and dense but I highly recommend their creme brûlée that is lighter and not bland because they put enough egg yolk in it and lots of real vanilla bean which taste wonderful. And the service was great!

Disgusting!!!!!! I don't know how this place received 4.5 stars. The pho was disgusting. The meat was not fresh. Smells so bad. The vegetables were so limp. NOT FRESH AT ALL. The restaurant needs be to closed. We left the bowls full still. I know good pho because I'm asian. I guess I will have to stay home and make it myself. Save your money and spare stomach from an illness

We really enjoyed the food. First we had the shrimp and pork rolls. (DELISH)This came with a peanut sauce that complimented the roll very well. We then had the sweet chili chicken wings (DELISH) We also had one of their Pho soups with chicken (amazing) and then for our entrée we had the House Special Stir-Fry that came with White rice. Everything was so delicious and best part considering all that we ate we didn't feel the usual STUFFED sick feeling that we feel when we go out to other places. The server was soooooooo nice and extremely helpful in explaining what everything was. I recommend this place 100% Oh and the place was SUPER CLEAN!!!!!

Have been twice and both excellent. Once we ate in and it was good, but last night I took out and brought broth to my mom in the hospital and it was fantastic. Just what the doctor order.

This pho tasted and smelled like dog food. I've been to many other Vietnamese restaurants and pho joints and this is honestly the worst. I am seriously surprise that this place gets five starts and mostly excellent reviews... Not sure if it's just me and my sister but we couldn't even finish it. They didn't even ask us why we left all of it. What a waste of time and money.

HEADS UP: This is not authentic Vietnamese food. They don't even speak the language. I ordered cha gio (egg rolls), pho dac biet, and BANH mi xa xiu. Egg rolls were so bland including the fish sauce that came with it - disappointed Banh Mi Xa Xiu did not have pate or butter!! Its just mayo!!! I can't believe that - disappointed Pho Dac Biet, ok I give them that to my surprise. The broth was on point.. Not salty or bland. That's the reason why I came back a second time.

***new owners*** old stale food. I just dined within an hour of the rest. Opening... So disappointed! Spring tolls have one small shrimp in each roll, worst part didn't even have a lot of lettuce!!!! All rice paper!!!! The pork was old chewy and dry (tasted worst than 4day old leftovers reheated twice. I'm so sad this was one of my favorite spots in this not so foodie town... If I could click half of a star I would!!!!

Let's Keep It Simple 1 - 5; 5 being the Best Atmosphere: 3/5 Service: 4/5 Flavorful: 5/5 Portion: 5/5 The food is great and priced perfectly; at least check it out for lunch!

  • Amanda M.

I'm giving it two stars because the spring roll was decent. The sauce it came with was a bit weird but whatever. My banh mi was not good. I may be spoiled because I live by some of the best Vietnamese food in the Tampa Area. The banh mi had very little flavor. Except for the pork which tasted like on less spareribs U get at a chinese place. I also didn't like the sliced ham that was in it. I ordered grilled pork not sandwich meat.

It absolutely amazing how increadible the hospitality is here. I don't like spicy stuff and the put the peppers on the side. They also bowed traditionally when serving the dishes. This means a lot to me since I am familiar with their customs. Also the prices for this quality would be super high in a mainstream restaurant. I hope this place gets overburdened with business and is forced to expand. They deserve every client.

Talk about a huge surprise, spotted this place on a casual drive through Ft. Pierce. Not often you see Vietnamese cuisine and boy was it worth it. For lunch I had the Banh Mi Thit Nuong (Ga) Sub, on a delicious lightly toasted baguette with fresh cilantro, sweet pickled carrots, turnips, cucumbers, homemade mayo with chicken. Best lunch sandwich in a long time. Then I had the deep fried spicy chicken wings called Canh Ga Chin, marinated in five spices, turmeric and chili sauce so good I was licking my fingers. I need to go back to try their famous Pho/Noodle Soup. Winner

Great for when you want quality and authenticity without a stuffy atmosphere. Pho Now exceeded my expectations, and the service was great. I loved the pho and will defiantly return to try the rest of the menu!

Great place . Delicious pho. Very good prices. The egg rolls came with a garlic dipping sauce that was excellent. This is going to be a place for me to visit when I come up to Port Saint Lucie.

Very nice, clean place. Staff is super friendly. Food is delicious and authentic! The pho, chicken wings, and rolls are really amazing. Sometimes it is packed so maybe call beforehand if you plan on eating at the restaurant but you can carry out as well. Tip: If you order pho for carry out and the soup gets cooled off, you should bowl it and then eat it. It'll taste better and cook your meat fast and thoroughly. Would definitely eat there again and again.

I would actually say it's 3.5/3.7 on a 5 star scale. The food is passingly good, not as good as most west coast places, but still fresh and tasty imo. I've eaten here several times and have not experienced anything bad. The interior is plain and boring and not much to look at. It really could use a bit of character and even some music or something in the background would be better than nothing. If you're looking for hearty Viet food is plenty good- and that's not a bad thing at all.

Pho Now doesn't look like much from the outside but inside it is very clean though a little plain in the atmosphere, a pretty typical strip mall restaurant. If you are looking for Chinese food, this is pretty different. At least the food that we chose is. We did not try the fried rice or the spring rolls, we tried the Vietnamese dishes. I had a bowl of Pho. The second time in my life trying this. Noodles and meat and a few veggies in a big bowl of soup. The flavor was not very strong but it seemed very authentic. Everything was clean and fresh right down to the bean sprouts that you sprinkle on the top. My wife had the Bun bowl, which in some ways was similar to mine only no soup broth. It was also very tasty though the flavors were subtle, not superstrong. The waitress was very attentive everything was great about it. I would say at about nine dollars a bowl it was a little on the expensive side. I'm not sure I love vietnamese food but I would not hesitate to recommend Pho Now to those that do or who want to experiment with it.

Port St. Lucie has very very few good food options. Pho Now was excellent. Very clean, lots of fresh herbs. Good prices. If I lived here I would come all the time.

I was ready to give the place five stars just for being Vietnamese near me. The closest place used to be 30 miles away, this one is just 12. The spring rolls were excellent, the egg rolls hot and full of pork, my friend loved his sandwich, and the noodles were very tasty. The servers were cute but slow. Only brought one cup for tea. Had to ask for napkins and chopsticks. But they also did that thing where they kept asking us if we were ready. "Are you ready? Are you ready" Uh, no. Told you already my friend is a newbie he needs a little time. And it wasn't crowded at all. Otherwise a good bet! :)

I LOVE their food, it's reasonably priced and the quality seems to be consistent. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because they do not deliver and they are closed on Sundays.

  • Paul S.

This place is AWESOME! They just opened a couple months ago, and are killing it! Yesterday I stopped by and tried their Pho for the first time. Their broth was amazing. I found out later that it was made from scratch. The fried egg rolls are a must every time I stop by. They're very crispy, and the flavor is very good.

  • Andrea D.

Wow! Where do I begin? The place was extremely clean. The server was amazing! So helpful and attentive. Now to the food: The freshness of the food was incredible. I had the shrimp and pork spring rolls with a peanut sauce that I crave now, followed by a delightful bowl of Bun Thit Nuong. A perfect bowl of fresh ingredients and flavors. Thank you Pho Now! I'll be back for sure.

This place has tons of potential! Flavorful Banh xeo (crispy pork-shrimp mung bean pancake) & bun (rice noodle) varieties. Pho is flavorful, but not quite as memorable. Nice offerings of banh mi (sandwiches) & spring rolls. Their Cha gio (egg rolls) are nice plump pork filled & full of taro or potato, so homestyle Southern Vietnamese. Cafe sua da (iced coffee) was disappointing as it tasted like a package & not condensed milk & roasted Trung Nguyen coffee beans, but otherwise this small joint is a blessing in PSL!

This is good food, because the food is always freshly cooked. The service is good, the servers are knowledgeable. The restaurant is well kept. The price is affordable. This is the 3rd management in this location in the last 5 years, I hope this will stay.

I went to Pho Now for lunch. The atmosphere was clean, orderly, fresh and modern. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and fast. The food was excellent. Started with egg rolls that were perfectly cooked and very tasty. My meal was amazing, I wish I could remember what is was called but it had rice noodles with pork and shrimp, finely shredded romaine lettuce and a variety of fresh vegetables along with finely ground peanuts. The pricing was extremely reasonable. I will be returning and would recommend Pho Now to others.

  • Steve T.

Their banh mi (sandwich) was good...just as I remember it from San Francisco. However, their pho broth was bland, and they skimped on the meat. The stir fry was mediocre at best. The only thing that is good is the banh mi but not worth a special trip. Since there is no other competition, this is the only Vietnamese food place. Not sure if I'll go back.

Generally good food and quick. Not today however and this is the first time I've been back since they reopened. I have to say I was a little disappointed in the service. They were quick to get me a drink and an appetizer but after that I was dismayed as other patrons who came in after me got their food, ate and left. I ordered the Hu Thieu and some sandwiches to go. I sat there for nearly and hour when the waitress gave me the sandwiches and the check.... I hadn't even received the soup yet I proclaimed. 3 mins later she came out of the kitchen with the soup and apologized. No biggie I think to myself, they were kind of busy but then I notice one of the ingredients in the soup had a very familiar taste and not in a good way. The "roasted pork" looked and tasted like "ham". Ok I know restaurants have artistic license to be original and quite honestly it wasn't bad but not what I was expecting. You are more than welcome to dispute me but I am for certain it was ham. If this is true, folks instead of saying roasted pork just say ham. Again it didn't taste bad just not what I was expecting. So I finished my soup and go to pay, I'm sorry they forgot to add the coffee to the bill.... Really folks? After making me wait more than an hour for my food. Anyways I paid and yes I did leave a tip. Just one more thing, the cook was listening to hip hop music so loud the bass thumping was annoying to say the least. It sounded like a teenager in an import tuner car with bass cannons in the trunk cranked up to out do the competition. Would I recommend the restaurant, sure. The food was still good and maybe today was an off day for service.

My wife and I were so glad to see Pho Now open. We love Vietnamese food, and we weren't disappointed today when we went to Pho Now for lunch. We pretty much stayed with what we know best: spring rolls and bun. Everything was great. They have a limited menu, which I think is hugely in their favor, so they can focus on making the core items well and not get swamped with too many menu selections. Good job and best of luck!

Hubby and I went for lunch. Very small but very clean. The waiter was helpful. Limited menu for lunch. Food was very good. We had the fried rice which was a ample portion.

My wife and I come here 3x a week! Food is excellent! Good size portion, with fresh herbs. Food comes out hot and very tasteful. Chris is one of the best Chefs in town. Service is great! Most importantly, the places looks nice, modern, and clean. Prices are very reasonable, I highly recommend Pho Now!

Love this place! Everything that we ordered was amazing. We had the Banh Xeo, Goi Cuon, Bun Xao and the Pho Tai Nam Bo Vien. Can't wait to go back!

We just had a delicious dinner at Pho Now. I had the Bun Tom Nuong and my husband had the Bun Thit Nuong. Exceptional flavor and freshness. Who would have thought we would find a delicious Vietnamese restaurant in Port St Lucie!

So excited to have finally have found a restaurant that serves such a perfect bowl of ph! And the bánh mì?! Perfect! It's got real pâté in it! I think I've found my new Vietnamese restaurant!

  • Elizabeth T.

Great little hole-in-the wall with a respectable bowl of pho. Broth was a little light but the meat was yummy and thinly sliced and the fixings were authentic and fresh. Restaurant is immaculate. Tucked in strip mall behind Wendy's. Goi cuon fresh and served with delicious peanut sauce. Loved the Thai tea. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. If you are looking for real Vietnamese food with some great options this place is a must try!

Extremely delicious and the staff is very nice as well! Can't wait to come back!! My mom and I ordered the pho Thai nam and shrimp spring rolls with Vietnamese iced espressos. Everything was excellent tasting!

It's about time PSL gets a Pho restaurant! The banh mi could use a little more meat and the pho and fried rice are missing a spice/seasoning that are usually in these dishes at other authentic Vietnamese restaurants HOWEVER they are all still very good! Pho Tai steak was thicker than I'm accustomed to and broth was a bit oily and not very clear but tasty nonetheless. Prices are slightly higher than typical Vietnamese cuisine (pho is $7.95 + $2 for XL bowl) but somewhat makes up for it bcz of the convenience (rather than driving to Pho 16 in West Palm Beach). Closes early at 9 and also between 2:30 and 4:30, so late lunch is out of the question. Service is friendly and eager to please. Overall, glad Pho Now opened and would probably eat here 1-2 wk.

  • Anna Y.

Best Vietnamese I've had in a long time. We have tried many items and have not been disappointed. The iced coffee is amazing. It's in a hole in the wall but don't let that deter you, it's well worth a trip.

This place is legit. Nothing fancy inside or out but you don't need that when the food speaks for itself. It has depths of flavor and makes you want to keep coming back for more. The food is always fresh and prepared to order for the most part. The Pho is the best I have ever tasted. The prices are excellent. Makes me wonder if we are being under charged. I recommend this to anyone!!

The food is just amazing. Super friendly owner and staff. You get a very quality meal for a very low price. Pho Now is addictive! Highly recommended.
